Refund & Return Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged or defective items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at madeforme.co@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Items you no longer want
• Fragrance preferences
• Minor color or texture variations natural to handcrafted products

All claims must be submitted within 2 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.
